Introduction of the presenter:
Prof. Donald Huisingh was the founder of Journal of Cleaner Production in 1992 and was Editor-in-Chief, until 2015. He has more than 68 years of experience in teaching, researching and published more than 350 articles, & books, about cleaner production, sustainable production and consumption, sustainable agriculture, sustainable societal development, and circular economy. He focusses on ways to make cities more livable and energy efficient via nature-based approaches that expand the ‘Blue’ and ‘Green’ dimensions of cities and surrounding regions. He is involved in integrative approaches of implementing, ‘Circular Economy’.
The topic of the workshop:
Manuscript writing workshop: How to Plan, Prepare, Submit, Revise and Publish Excellent Quality Articles in High Impact Journals.
Professor Huisingh will combine his own experience, introduce research significance, article wording, reader-oriented categories, target journals, types of published articles and other issues critical to academic writing. He will take an article as an example to explain how to write an excellent academic paper, including the title, text, references and supplementary materials. Beside it, how to modify the academic paper according to the modification opinions will be explained.
In the lecture, 3 academic papers will be selected to participate in the discussion. Prof. Donald Huisingh will discuss with you one-on-one or one-on-several.
